Seaside Vacations does not allow group rentals or rent to guests under age 25 - Families ONLY! No HS Senior Groups, Bachelor-Type Parties, etc. Therefore, online bookings for group rentals will not be honored.

We love the Sea Watch. We have stayed here several times. It has great amenities. This unit was nice. It does need some updates. The bathrooms especially. The master bathroom shower head is awful. The kitchen has been updated and is very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The condo worked out just great for our family and we enjoyed our time staying here. There were six adults and a one-year old.
The kitchen looked like it had been newly renovated and had all brand new appliances and counter top. There were plenty of glasses, dishes and silverware and we were able to cook breakfast and have lunch in every day. There was a dishwasher, toaster and a coffee pot, which was nice to have! Pretty much anything you needed in the kitchen was there.
The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Bedding was included and the blankets were so soft that I would have liked to have taken them home! We rented a crib and were able to fit it in the master bedroom.
The view to the right on the balcony was the ocean. Straight ahead and to the left was the parking garage.
The negatives -
The bathrooms could be redone. The one shower wasn't working. We called management and they responded very quickly and maintenance got the shower working but then the tub dripped.
The one bedroom had a sliding door about five inches from the bottom of the bed. It makes noise when you open it.
The building itself was wonderful. An indoor pool, baby pool and outdoor pool - all of which are very nice. It is steps to the beach and they have a playground, pickle ball courts, basketball, volleyball. You couldn't ask for more. Also, there is a Food Lion a couple blocks down and restaurants you can walk to easily.
I would not hesitate to stay here again.

The pictures were deceiving, this place needs updates, shower curtain had lots of mold, bathtub was dirty, place said no pets, I counted 67 dogs there, freezer had frozen water accumulated in it, It was a great location though and lots to do
