The house on Harlepad captivates with its peaceful, rural setting in the village of Charlottenschloot near Wittmund and offers 82 m² of spacious comfort for a relaxing stay for up to five people. With three separate bedrooms and a total of four rooms, including a spacious living room with a sofa area and a wood-burning stove, you’ll find plenty of space here to relax and spend time together. The open-concept kitchen, which flows into the living room, is fully equipped and has everything you could need: a 4-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a wide variety of kitchen utensils. The adjoining dining area with a large dining table is perfect for sharing meals together.
The bathroom features a shower with a tub, and there’s a separate guest restroom for added convenience. A washer and dryer for your use, a clothes rack, an iron, an ironing board, and a vacuum cleaner ensure that even longer stays are pleasant and hassle-free. A private parking space right next to the house is available, as is a coat rack in the entryway.
The technical amenities are state-of-the-art: The living room features a flat-screen TV (25–34 inches) with digital satellite connection, a radio, and a CD player. Free Wi-Fi with speeds starting at 8 Mbit/s makes working and browsing the web a breeze.
