A modern holiday home with an excellent location between Frillesås and Åsa. The house is located high and has a view of the coastline. The spacious terrace has everything you could wish for. Lovely outdoor furniture, shade under a sailcloth and at the same time a rural calm. A short walk takes you to the sea. From the entrance you have a very spacious, modern and fully equipped kitchen with dining area. There is also a guest toilet with shower. To the right is a bedroom with a double bed and one with two single beds. Next to the kitchen is a living room equipped with both comfortable seating and dining area. There is a large TV, Apple TV and stereo with Bluetooth. There is broadband and free wifi throughout the house. In the other part of the house there is another spacious bedroom with two bunk beds and a single sofa bed for two people. The bathroom here also has a shower. There is also a laundry room in this part. The lovely terrace on the entire south side of the house has both a dining table, garden furniture. And sun loungers. A stretched sail provides shade on sunny days. Outside the terrace there are two barbecues that you can use for your evening dinners. The plot is hilly and small children must be careful. The house is still under development externally with more patios. The house is not rented to youth groups. A short walk takes you to the beach where you don't have to be crowded with tourist bathers. The nearest public beach is in Frillesås, which offers both rock swimming and sandy beaches. Golfers can visit Sjögärde GK's 18-hole golf course, which is about 8 km away. Frillesås's center is a charming small community with, among other things, a grocery store and a restaurant. In Bua there is a picturesque small fishing harbor and several restaurants and swimming areas. A trip to Kungsbacka is a 25 km journey, Varberg is 27 km in the other direction and the big city of Gothenburg is only 50 km away.
