Porto is a fascinating city in the north of Portugal with lots of good things to offer you during your stay.
There is lots of history as you walk in the streets. Lots of monuments, stores, and cafes.
The nightlife is full of vibrant spots to hang out with your family and friends.
There is the Douro river, where you can enjoy a nice pleasant river cruise and try many different dishes and wines.
It is also located near the coast which provides your the possibility to go to the beach and enjoy a sunny day.
Many places in Porto are easily accessible on foot, but if you prefer public transportation:
- There are multiple bus stops that service the area.
- The nearest Metro stop: Aliados: (7 min walking)
- The nearest Train Station: S.bento: (12 min walking)
- Francisco Sá Carneiro Airport is 25 mins drive from the flat.
Before your check-in we will send you your check-in options and where to pick the keys. Please note that personal check-in with a concierge has a cost of 10€, pending on availability.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included.
For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay)
Extra cleaning with linen: price of a cleaning fee
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax i.e when sofa bed is not included)

Good location and good for a few days of stay. Glad there was good/strong A/C for the hotter days. Some minor issues include broken garbage lids (which was fine, we just kept the lid off) and the flooring on the patio needed fixing and was a bit dangerous, but overall we didn't use it much so it didn't affect our stay. Unclear that we were expected to throw out garbage upon check-out (not in the email with checkout instructions so make sure to do that). It was a very quiet location with a big patio which was very nice to have and perfect for 2 people. Very easy check in. Felt safe because of multiple door locks. Good to have a salt/pepper/oil/vinegar for simple meals and kettle/detergent/sponge/stove/oven/microwave.

Great space in the ideal location to explore Porto. The booking experience was very smooth with all information about the apartment, check in and local tips, shared in advance. Would recommend!
