About this house rental
New to the rental market and just in time for the Oaklawn racing season. As soon as you open the front door you are wowed by the beautiful lakefront view. This beautifully furnished home offers 2 living areas, one is a large open space for family gatherings featuring a fireplace, large screen TV and kitchen and dining areas. The other is more con the cozy side with a sleeper sofa and a sitting area for dining and games. The primary bedroom has its own spa like bathroom and is separate from the other two bedrooms which share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The home sits on 3 lots which offers privacy. The back patio/deck overlooking the lake offers multiple sitting and dining areas as well as a fire table. The location is close to everything including restaurants, downtown Hot Springs and Oaklawn Racing Casino Resort.

Wow! My family really enjoyed this lakefront home for a short getaway to the Hot Springs area. The home was tastefully decorated, more than spacious for 4 people, and clean. The beds were very comfy. We particularly enjoyed sitting out on the patio each morning and evening looking out over Lake Hamilton. Could’ve just sat on the patio the whole stay and would’ve been completely content. Additionally, the property was easy to find a conveniently located close to all of Hot Springs’ attractions, and importantly, about a 2 minute drive to the grocery store. Check-in was seamless and BJ was a great host. We really had no complaints, were wholly impressed, and would definitely stay here again when we return to the area.

We loved our time here (5 adults and 1 infant). The home is VERY spacious and set up well for enjoying time together as a family. The view is wonderful and you can't beat the sunrises over the lake!

Our stay was fantastic! The location was ideal—quiet and peaceful, yet conveniently close to a main road and a great grocery store. The covered patio had a beautiful view of the water, a cozy gas fire pit, and comfortable lounging furniture—perfect for relaxing any time of day.The property and home were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, and aesthetically pleasing. We loved how spacious the living areas were, and we especially enjoyed how comfortable the beds were. The tankless water heater ensured we never ran out of hot water, though the water pressure did vary when multiple faucets were in use.One downside was the pull-out bed, which wasn’t very practical as it was located near the front door with uncovered windows, limiting privacy.Overall, this property offered a relaxing and enjoyable stay, and we’d recommend it for anyone seeking a serene and spacious getaway!

The house was the perfect layout in a spectacular location. The checkin was smooth and easy and the house was spotless. We loved the open floor plan and the spacious deck overlooking the water. We even went out on the kayaks one day. Absolutely perfect. Only a short drive to bathhouse row and there was a grocery store right up the street. The science museum was great too and super close. Our host kept excellent communication from start to finish with plenty of tips on attractions in the area. If I could give six stars I would. Thanks for the great place!!!
