Relax and take it easy at our updated but cozy waterfront cottage built by Bubba Butler and his father almost 100 Years Ago. Enjoy the beautiful views of the Rappahannock River sunrise and sunset from private dock or balcony. Public boat ramp within 1/2 mi. by water from cottage.

House was just as advertised. Great view of the river, well equipped kitchen, very clean, and nice touches, like nightlights in bathrooms.

very nice cottage, well kept and clean. it rained a lot so we could not enjoy the grounds and water a lot but still a great get away. Would definitely go back!
