This house is in a gated community and situated right above the beautiful Pacific Ocean with access by stairs to the beautiful private beach below. The home itself sits just beside our family home and is available for rent year round. With its own private ocean terrace and views for miles up the Baja’s Gold Coast, it will change the way you see sunsets forever. Inside the home you will find a beautifully appointed kitchen with everything you need to cook some amazing Mexican meals. This 1,500 sq ft home is perfect for families with amenities for up to 6 guests including two primary suites with adjoining private bathrooms. The home also has a full guest bath for those who would be staying in the great room area. The house is adorned with lots of color to represent the heart of the Baja and you will feel at home immediately. The large windows around the home allow you to really take in the all the amazing view that come with being beachfront. Just up the road you will find incredible, authentic dining at the famous La Fonda restaurant. There's a public beach walking distance 1/4 of a mile south where you can rent horses or take a ride in an ultralight. The home is also in close proximity to Baja’s wine country, and sits right between Rosarito and Ensenada where all the action happens. We have loved this area for decades and we know you will too.

Two adult couples, went to relax at the beach. We were impressed by the house, the fully stocked kitchen, the ease of communication, check-in and out.We mostly relaxed on the deck, cooked (which we enjoy), walked down to the beach, etc. Harry was available for our questions and very friendly. We look forward to returning!
