Located near million dollar properties close to downtown, up-scale ,El Paseo Drive. Quiet end unit with a close pool and hot tub that is semi- private for you. Gated community with tennis and pickle ball courts, 3 pools and hot tubs. Orange and lemon trees abound. Enjoy the ambiance of the desert but with all the city amenities nearby. Set apart 2 bedroom and 2 bath lay out for quiet. Large double car garage, BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, Netflix cable and totally furnished.

Bright sunshine, lush green grass, vibrant desert flowers, and the sweet scent of citrus and orange blossoms greet guests each morning at the Mountain Villas. As an end unit, the outdoor space is remarkably private, and the condo itself is soundproof. The condo is beautifully appointed, offering a pleasant and relaxing ambiance throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking and entertaining. The two spacious bedrooms and bathrooms comfortably accommodate overnight guests. The host was readily available, providing warm and hospitable service.

Great last minute find, cute place, kitchen well stocked, comfy TV room and both beds were comfortable. Truly enjoyed the peaceful environment of the patio area and the friendly community.
