About this house rental
Located 15 minutes walk from the center of Courville and 25 minutes from Chartres by car, this former caretaker's house will welcome you in a wooded park on the banks of the Eure, ideal for fishing and nature lovers. You can also visit our many animals (goats, Highland cow, donkey, Chinese pig..)
You will arrive in a completely refurbished house. It has upstairs a bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, on the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, and a sofa bed, two bathrooms (one with bathtub, one with walk-in shower), an office area with wifi, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer...)
Outside, an enclosed area with terrace, barbecue.. You will have access to the petanque and basketball court. Bicycles can be made available on request
Our cottage being on the edge of the river it occasionally happens during a flood that the water passes over the grounds, boots may be necessary to access from the parking lot to the terrace

This country home is immaculate, near a sweet running stream and is beautiful inside and out! The host went above and beyond to make our stay very special!
