There is a stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining room that flows beautifully out onto the undercover alfresco area which is an ideal spot for a morning coffee or a relaxing BBQ in the evening with family and friends. Why not spend a relaxing afternoon sharing stories and laughs with your family and friends in the lovely sunroom or curl up with your favourite book in the reading room?
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
For your added comfort, there is a split system reverse cycle air-conditioner in the living area.

Nice clean apartment in a central area of Kiama, very close to shops, cafes, main beach, and tourist attractions. Property includes aircon but this only covers main living/kitchen areas, main bedroom and second lounge area to the back of apartment has to make do with breeze from an enclosed terrace, but here there are no door screens. Fans (or aircon) in both these areas would improve the apartment, also a new ironing board. Otherwise property has good kitchen/dining facilities, washing machine dryer, so recommended with previous provisos.
