Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor (2 steps): A large entrance hall, a veranda, independent kitchen, living room with TV, bathroom with shower and WC, a bedroom with 2 beds of 90x190, a laundry room giving access to the garden. Upstairs: 1 bedroom with 1 160x200 bed, separate WC with sink. Unfenced private garden of 250 m² with its garden furniture table and private parking for 2 vehicles. Along the D26 towards Dinan. For our cat friends, we provide a cat tree, a litter box and a cushion. House located at the entrance to the town of Calorguen on the D26 and 5 km from the historic center of Dinan. On a large wooded property, including the owners' house and the gite where everyone will enjoy their private space. You are 6 km (10 minutes by car) from the Port of Dinan where you will be able to take the time to sip a drink in the sun on the quays, taste seafood in one of the many restaurants and take a detour by the rue du Jerzual, one of the emblematic streets where artists, craftsmen and ancestral shops mingle... Take the time to discover the Bétineuc leisure center just 5 km away, relaxation and physical activity guaranteed. Located close to the Ille-et-Rance canal, the 3 km tour of the pond allows everyone to indulge in hiking, horseback riding or cycling. The site is also the ideal spot to spend convivial moments with family or friends to enjoy swimming and various water activities.
