Located in Playa Blanca, the vacation home "Luce" offers guests a fantastic view of the Atlantic and Fuerteventura. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning in the living room, a fan as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
The property features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, a garden, 2 terraces (open and covered), a barbecue and an outdoor shower.
The property is located close to the beach and public transport links.
A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.

The villa Luce was beautiful inside and outside with spectacular views of the marina and the sea. Location was perfect for a short walk to all the beautiful bars and restaurants at the marina. A fantastic villa in a fantastic location. Perfect.
