High-end chalet ideally located, on the heights of Gérardmer, 2 minutes from the ski slopes but also 2 minutes from the city and the lake. You will also be close to hiking and mountain biking trails.
Chalet in a quiet location, with a warm and relaxing atmosphere that can accommodate 8 people and 2 additional people on request.
The first floor offers a large living room with fully equipped open kitchen, bar, dining room, living room, television and pellet stove, a double bedroom with shower room/sink, a laundry room and separate toilets.
On the first floor a mezzanine with sofa bed (possibility of sleeping for 2 additional people), television, table football and access to the balcony, a bedroom for 4 people with double bed and bunk beds, a bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower/bath/double sink and separate toilet.
In the basement relaxation atmosphere with spa, walk-in shower, sink and separate toilet. Access to the garage where you can easily store equipment (bikes, skis...), pingpong table, ski racks and ski boot dryer.
