This chalet is ideal for families all year round, in an idyllic, quiet and soothing setting. Away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas in high season, which are nevertheless easily accessible and quickly by car.

It has modern comforts:
* Outside: private unfenced garden of 1250 m2, 2 terraces (first floor 25 m2 – Floor 25m2)
* On the first floor: 1 ski room and laundry room, 3 bedrooms with double bed (2 people/room) opening onto terrace and garden, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds (4 people), 1 shower room, 1 bathroom
(bath + shower), 1 separate toilet
* On the 1st floor: Kitchen, living room (dining room, living room) with wood stove, opening onto terrace, 1 separate toilet, 1 bedroom with double bed (2 people) and its shower room with en-suite toilet.

Surface area of the property intended for seasonal rental: 150 m2

Firewood provided at no extra charge.

This chalet is built on a large plot (1250m²). An awning protects cars.

Other information to note:
* A certificate of civil liability must be provided.

* You will be received by Vanina from the RocheClean House Concierge but an autonomous arrival via a key box will also be possible.

* Price for household linen (bed linen and towel) to be booked in advance and to be paid on site: €20/bed for 2 people and €10/bed for 1 person (€120 for 12 people).

** WINTER:
- For the Seignus d'Allos ski area, it takes less than 10 minutes by car to reach the village of Allos (many free parking spaces) and then take the Guinand gondolas (free) which lead to the heart of the resort.
- For the ski area of La Foux d'Allos / Espace Lumière / Liaison Praloup, it takes about 20 to 25 minutes by car from the chalet.
- In winter, free shuttles also run between these different sites to avoid you having to take the car (Allos Le Seignus La Foux d'Allos). Information on the website of the Val d'Allos tourist office.
The Route du Lac is cleared regularly and as much as necessary during the winter season.

SUMMER: Many hikes and activities throughout the Val d'Allos and the Haut Verdon, and in particular the magnificent and unmissable Lake of Allos -(Leisure park in Allos with lake, activities for children, tree climbing, horse/pony rides, archery...).
