About this house rental
Pet friendly home located in Moores Park neighborhood. There are three bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor and 1/2 bath on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the other two bedrooms have queen sized beds. There is a fully stocked kitchen with large dining room that seats 8. The living room is a comfortable space to watch movies on the large flat screen Roku smart TV. Board games, puzzles and playing cards available to play. The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen on the main floor. There is a fenced in back yard to keep your pet safe and dog door available if you choose to use it. Free Wifi and coffee is available during your stay.
Moores Park is a few blocks away where you can access the Lansing River trail, fishing, boat launch and playground for kids.
We are centrally located to highway access to 496, 96, U.S. 127 and 69. Downtown Lansing, the State Capitol, Impression 5 Science center, Lugnuts baseball stadium and R.E. Olds Transportation Museum are all 5 min away. We are an even shorter distance to Reo Town located on Washington Avenue, just minutes from the home. Michigan State University is not far with just a 10 minute drive to campus, shopping and many restaurants available to choose from.
If you are seeking a relaxing atmosphere with easy access to some of the best Lansing has to offer, this is the place.

To all this is a very clean older home with a nice fenced in backyard that allows you to bring a pet if you so desire in an older, very quiet neighborhood very easily navigable in and out of the area, centrally located between a lot of things to do. Towels and linens were all clean and wonderful and an extensive coffee bar, nicely stocked kitchen, great dinning room and a comfortable living room. Bedrooms were all very nice size with great beds. Home is cooled with window and portable a/c units we had a couple of days in the 90s and had no issues keeping cool. Jamie proved to be a great host always quick responses to any questions. Thanks Jaime we will rent again if we are ever in the area!!!!

Had a wonderful weekend in this conveniently located home. The house is on a quiet street in a well maintained neighborhood, walking distance to Moores River Park and REO town. We traveled with our cat, who enjoyed looking out of the windows and exploring a new space. The house had everything we needed and more. Even though we didn’t use the Keurig, we appreciated the selection of coffees offered as well as the creamer and variety of sweeteners. Would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend to anyone visiting the Lansing area.
