About this cabin rental

Brand new Cozy Cabin on a small 181 acre pond. Enjoy the cabin feel of knotty pine and a big country porch overlooking the water. Walk in access to the water or ice in the winter. Kayaking, canoeing, ice fishing, snowmobiling and more depending on the time of year. A peaceful location a mile down a private road but 10 minutes away from a grocery store etc. Eagles, loons and fish will be your neighbors as you are in the moment at Price's Point.

We had family visiting the area from NC and wanted a place on the water for the grandchildren to enjoy. The host, David and this property with all the amenities, exceeded our expectations! The cabin was spotless, had everything we needed for our 4 nights. We enjoyed the beautiful setting, wildlife, the paddleboards, kayaks and swimming. Our crew is already asking to go back! David is an excellent host, and communication was awesome. We are looking forward to returning for a few days in August. Thank you, David for sharing your home. We had a wonderful time and the cabin is beautiful.

A great cabin on a quiet lake. Perfect getaway for a couple or a small family to enjoy what Maine has to offer. David is a great host and makes it very easy from the very beginning. We will most certainly be back.
