Het appartement is gelegen op een heel mooie locatie en heeft een fantastisch uitzicht vanop de 15de verdieping. Beddengoed en handdoeken waren voldoende aanwezig, net als een handige kit met onder andere afwasmiddel. Airco is fijn. Er is een leuke zwembadzone.
De prijs-kwaliteit zit zeker goed.
De aanwezige toestellen en sanitair waren niet allemaal meer in goede staat. Een onderhoud lijkt aangewezen. De ventilatie leek ook niet goed te werken en er leken geuren van andere appartementen binnen te komen.
Je had niet de indruk dat erg goed geluisd was voor onze komst, gezien in sommige hoeken nog stof te vinden was.

Apartamento tipo loft situado en la 15° planta. Terraza muy amplia y con vistas espectaculares de Portimao y el mar. Amplio, cómodo, aire acondicionado, cocina muy práctica. Zona tranquila, buen aparcamiento y cerca de la playa. Repetiría sin dudarlo.
La cisterna del wáter tiene muy poca presión y hay que presionarla varias veces para que limpie bien. La nevera incluso con el termostato al máximo no enfría mucho, la placa de la cocina se ve antigua y aún poniéndola al máximo no calienta lo suficiente para preparar bien carnes a la plancha, faltan unas tijeras y no tiene ni horno, ni lavavajillas, ni lavadora. Aún así, volvería a alojarme en él.
