La posizione ottima. il terrazzino è la zona giorno.
Il bagno piccolissimo, difficile entrare in doccia poco confortevole e da rivedere anche la pulizia in generale. La seconda camera non esiste ma semplicemente un sottotetto difficile anche entrarci.

Muy bien ubicado, cerca del tranvía para ir al centro. La zona de comedor y terraza parecían agradables, aunque no las utilizamos por ser estancia corta en invierno.
El baño era muy pequeño y mal distribuido, de forma que para abrir la puerta de la mampara y entrar o salir de la ducha había que salir del baño. La mampara no cerraba bien, por lo que sale el agua hasta el pasillo. La puerta del baño tampoco cierra (cero privacidad, al menos está en un extremo de la casa).. Los sofás muy incómodos, así como las camas. La habitación principal está bien de tamaño pero la cama es bastante incómoda. La otra "habitación", pese a ser muy muy pequeña, podría sacarte de un apuro si al menos la cama fuese cómoda, cosa que no era. De la cocina no puedo decir nada porque no la utilizamos.
