Top, struttura pulitissima e accogliente. Antonio è stato un host preciso, presente e generoso. È stato bello confrontarsi e scambiare quattro chiacchiere su tutti i prossimi progetti e in generale sull'accoglienza turistica a Palmi. Ci ha consigliato diverse spiagge e ristoranti.

you definitely need earplugs to be able to sleep at night as the windows there are very thin and you hear the street as if it was inside
the terrace has a lot of potential (picturesque view) and it would be nice to be able to hang out there in the evening - there's only one plastic chair there though :(

Bett war gut. Ausreichender Platz. Sauber. Dusche war sehr gut. Immer warmes Wasser. Herd sehr gut. Vermieter immer ansprechbar und sehr freundlich.
Balkon war sehr schmal. Leider nur einStuhl. Am Wochenende war die Strasse sehr laut.

Der freundliche und engagierte Vermieter. Der Willkommensgruß mit Obst, Keksen etc. Die großen Räume. Für die Durchreise oder vielleicht auch im Sommer ist die Wohnung für den Preis vollkommen okay.
Wir haben die Wohnung nicht warm bekommen (Februar), es gab nur im Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage, die zum heizen nicht ausreicht. Das Schlafzimmer liegt zur Straße, der Straßenlärm störte.
