A Organização do quarto, limpeza e disponibilidade de equipamentos e utensílios da cozinha e de roupa de mesa e cama são pontos super importantes. O condomínio tem boa estrutura de lazer, em volta dos blocos há várias piscinas o que é perfeito para as crianças.
