W kilku żołnierskich słowach można by określić ten lokal- wysoki poziom za niewielkie pieniądze. Warto jednak docenić piękny i nowoczesny wystrój klatki schodowej, nieskazitelną czystość wszystkiego, jak by obiekt dopiero co był oddany do użytku. Do tego wszystko solidnie, schludnie i starannie wykończone. Mieliśmy pokój z widokiem na wzgórze, więc wieczorem na balkonie była kojąca cisza i przyjemna dla oka zieleń. Pościel i ręczniki śnieżnobiałe,kuchnia wyposażona idealnie,na balkonie suszarka. Miły i uprzejmy właściciel.
