Great staff, very friendly.
The bed was cheap, very uncomfortable. The AC unit in our room was incredibly loud. We asked to switch rooms. We were given instructions on how to adjust the thermostat, and if that didn't work, then they might be able to switch rooms. By the time that all was said and done, it was too late, so we just dealt with it. Didn't sleep much as a result.

One of my FAVORITE hotels to stay at!!!! Normally stay here for competitions, and State Finals. Always such a great stay. This would be my 4th stay here and me and my family always reserve here when in the area.
Nothing to not like. Quiet, peaceful, comfy, clean and such friendly staff.

I like that it was close to the mall and lots of places to eat. Appreciated the fact that they had a wheelchair available.
The room was just OK, we had a couple of little problems with it and I felt like it was a lot of money for a subpar room.
