De rust en privacy. Een mooi stukje tuin eromheen met een tuinset en picknickbank.
De bovenverdieping is laag en bij warm weer heel warm. Wel was er goed over nagedacht, en was er een ventilator. Dat maakte het toch nog behagelijk.

De hoogte van het slaapkamertje boven er was helaas geen sta ruimte maar dit kon ook niet anders
