The friendly of the personal ,
Bad room very narrow , wash machine not working properly ,as we stay there for 10 days they did not came to clean the room.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Laureles, a beatiful neighborhood at Medellín.
It was clean and easy to enter. Clean and tidy. The staff was very kind.
It was smaller than expected. Also it was a bit dark, the windows face to a building internal space.
We got several sporadic issues with the hot water which wasn't solved in time: I reported it and they promised me to send a technician to fix it. For any reason it took more than 2 days for them to come and I got to check out before it being fixed.
