LA DISTRIBUCIÓN Y DOTACIÓN DEL APARTAMENTO ES BUENA
EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO ES RUIDOSO. SEPARÉ EL APARTAMENTO CON ANTICIPACIÓN POR EL PRECIO PAGADO, DESPUÉS DEL VIAJE VOLVÍ A COTIZAR LA MISMA CANTIDAD DE PERSONAS, MISMA TEMPORADA BAJA, IGUAL DURACIÓN DE LA ESTADIA, Y ESTABA MAS BARATO. ME CARGARON A LA TARJETA DE CRÉDITO EL VALOR TOTAL DE LA ESTANCIA MUCHO ANTES DE LA FECHA OFRECIDA PARA CANCELACIÓN GRATUITA Y DIFERIDA A 34 CUOTAS CUANDO YO SIEMPRE PAGO EN UNA CUOTA. AHORA ESTOY PAGANDO INTERESES QUE NO HABÍA PRESUPUESTADO.

The staff were very well trained in hospitality. My initial room was having Wi-Fi connection problems. We tried to resolve by troubleshooting. I immediately was out in another room which was in my opinion much nicer than the first. Perfect for short stays! I’m in a long term rental but before leaving because I have a service animal they needed to ensure the room was satisfactory. And we continued to talk. I said I will swing by sometime just to say hi. Very nice staff.
We don’t throw stones.

The location was perfect, in the heart of Laureles, a beatiful neighborhood at Medellín. It was clean and easy to enter. Clean and tidy. The staff was very kind.
It was smaller than expected. Also it was a bit dark, the windows face to a building internal space. We got several sporadic issues with the hot water which wasn't solved in time: I reported it and they promised me to send a technician to fix it. For any reason it took more than 2 days for them to come and I got to check out before it being fixed.
