The apartment is great, clean, and professionally set up. The sheets and the towels were clean and plentiful were provided. The closet was large and the bed was very comfortable.

The communication with the hosts is sub par. The keep claiming in the chat that they aim to provide 5 star service but it is not five star service: 1. Fail to respond in timely way for very simple requests, including getting a second fob or gettin access to amenities. I had having to chase the host around for basic needs, having to message them in booking, then via text. Very slow and inconvenient, especially if you are on a busy trip. 2. MISLEADING listing: I never knew how to access any of the pools or amenities in the listing. WARNING: THE OUTDOOOR UNDER CONSTRUCTION AND COMPLETELY UNAVAILABLE. I NEVER RECEIVED INSTRUCTIONS OR A REPLY ON HOW TO USE THE INDOOR POOL OR AMENITIES. Booking.com has also been very slow at handling this. Whoever is on the receiving end of the messages makes very little sense, sends large standardized messages only, does not reply to basic questions most of the time, does not respond to complaints, AND TAKES NOT ACCOUNTABILITY FOR A MISLEADING LISTING. I asked how to access amenities and NEVER GOT A RESPONSE OR AN EXPLANATION. REPLYING WITH COMPLETE INFORMATION IN A TIMELY MANNER IS AN EXTREMELY BASIC EXPECTATION. I DID NOT GET FIVE STAR SERVICE (WHICH THEY CLAIM TO BE), AND I DON'T APPRECIATE FALSE INFORMATION IN A LISTING.
