The salt pool was nice. The view of the ocean was good. The room was clean and well equipped. The air con worked well and was relatively quiet.
Bed was too soft. Water pressure was poor. Water was turned off for repairs and we were not informed (water pressure remained poor after it was turned back on, so that wasn’t what they were fixing). One person I contacted was helpful, the other didn’t seem to even know it was off and tried suggesting I was doing something wrong.
They have an elevator, which was essential for my wife, but there were, in fact, numerous short flights of steps here and there that needed to be negotiated. Basic design of the building, but we thought it was wheel chair accessible and it is not.
