Very quiet location. Had two fans during the very hot spell which was great. Friendly host. Not intrusive, but responsive. Access to a garden. Easy parking. Comfy bed, and all the equipment we needed.

I booked the Kingfisher Granary last minute as my daughter who lives in Bexhill had her baby.
I was delighted with the cosy accommodation and it was also dog friendly.
We had a lovely walk over the fields one afternoon to take in the views.
Everything you could need plus lots of extras supplied by Emma and Ian the hosts.
Nothing.

Felt so nice just being outside, listening to farm animals and being cosy, felt like home from home, just much more greenery. The place was more than fully equipped and has a wonderful host, honestly such a lovely lady.
