David is an outstanding host—compassionate, understanding, and truly attentive to his guests. The space is spotless, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything you could need, from appliances to linens. For what it costs, the value is unmatched, especially given David’s thoughtfulness and care. We felt welcomed from the start and highly recommend staying with him.

There was nothing I didn't like about my stay.

Good location . We booked the house very late last night. the host arranged us the house right away and responded us quickly .

The house is a little dated and the pillows are not clean also has Oder smell

Although it didn't look like much at first glance from the outside, it turned out to be really good. The host and the janitor were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, the kitchen was new. The bathroom was a bit older, but nice and clean. There is a bus- stop right across the street, so it's easy to get to the city-centre. Within about 200 metres there is a petrol station where you can buy things like bottled water, ice-cream, some baked goods and bus-tickets. There is also a restaurant with the best Chinese food I have ever tasted ('Golden Sands' it's called, if I remember correctly).

Sometimes it suddenly smelled like cigarette smoke or marihuana. We came to the conclusion that it came from the neighbours, but couldn't say if it came through the vents or from outside. But the neighbours were also only guests, so that is probably not a permanent problem.
