La posizione nel centro di Marsala e la piscina ad uso privato
Manca la possibilità di avvicinare l'auto per carico e scarico bagagli. Il letto non è un letto ma un divano apribile. Infine la stanza non è per nulla insonorizzata infatti si sentivano macchine ed auto nel cortile antistante, nonché il vociare di chiunque passasse dal cortile
