Nähe zum Strand und die Abendruhe.
Dass das Wasser bei der Ankunft um Mitternacht nicht lief, was in Thailand halt mal vorkommen kann. Das Wohnzimmer war nach unserem Geschmack etwas über Möbliert. Die Stromkosten in Phuket sind etwas überteuert.

Красивая бухта, скалы и океан - все в 50 м от дома. В основном, все катаются на каяках.
Надо понимать, что это не гостиница, а место где можно переночевать группе до 7 чел. Очень напрягло требование о депозите в 8000 бат при том, что все оплачего было заранее через букинг. Когда я попросил обьяснения, мне в безаппеляционном тоне было сказано, что это политика компании и кто то из предыдуших постряльцев сломал хозяйке телевизор и что то еще. В общем, пришлось выгребать из карманов кэш. Депозит вернули, но осадочек остался.. питания никакого - рядом маленький ресторан, кстати вкусный. Магазин в пяти км пешком. Интерьер и санузел в доме простые. Дно на пляже не для купания все завалено острыми валунами, заходить в воду сложно.
