Nasty, disgusting, and uncomfortable.

Nothing.

I was given the wrong code for the lock box and had to call and wait for a call back to get the keys. The house smelled like mildew and was not cleaned before we arrived. It appeared as if it has never been cleaned well. I had to clean it myself, including other people's hair in the tubs and sinks. I contacted the property and asked to have the ridiculously high cleaning fee refunded and never received a response.
