Das Wohngebiet oberhalb von Künzelsau ist stark von deutsch-russischen (evtl. auch ukrainischen) Bewohnern geprägt. Anbindung an die Stadt über Kabinenbahn sehr gut (3 Minuten Fahrzeit) und Umgebung ist sehr ruhig. Die Wohnung ist großzügig mit fast umlaufender Dachterrasse.
Die Einrichtung der großzügigen Wohnung ist minimalistisch (z.B. 4 zusammengesuchte Kaffeebecher) und völlig unpersönlich. Die Wohnung ist für 6 Personen ausgerüstet und auch prinzipiell für diese Personenanzahl geeignet. Geschirr s.a. Kaffeebecher oder Weingläser muss man sich dann wahrscheinlich teilen (?). Hinweise zu den technischen Einrichtungen fehlen völlig bzw. sind nicht korrekt (Codewort W-Lan).
