The villa is absolutely lovely with everything you could possibly need, and spotlessly clean. The pool area is perfect with plenty of sunbeds and seating. The covered kitchen area is ideal for al fresco dining. It’s 10 minutes by car into town, so really convenient for exploring Denia and the surrounding area. The hosts Andres and James were super helpful and responsive.
The only reason for a score below 10 is the noise we experienced from the surrounding villas. We may have just been unlucky, but every day we were disturbed by either gardeners with chainsaws or builders with power tools. If it was just an hour or so that’s understandable, but they were starting at 8am and not finishing till around 5pm. We appreciate this is out of the hosts control, but may be worth mentioning to future guests.

The villa was large and comfortable for 7 people with a lovely outlook to both the sea and mountains. The appliances were all new or relatively new and equipment was plentiful.
The decor is a little tired with dark wood furniture and traditional terracotta tiling making it look a little gloomy. The lack of any welcome pack e.g tea, coffee, milk etc was disappointing especially as we arrived on a Sunday after most shops were closed. The property agent did give us a lift to a nearby garage to get some essentials.
The bedsheets were clean but, old and looked a little grubby. Not what you would expect from a relatively luxury villa.

Dom świetnie wyposażony, z doskonałym zapleczem wypoczynkowym i w bardzo spokojnej okolicy.
Doskonała baza wypadowa.
