Lokalizacja była wspaniała, wszędzie blisko. Stosunek jakości do ceny był zadowalający. Ogromny metraż.
Mieszkanie wymaga remontu. Są pewne niedociągnięcia: nie ma spłuczki na dole w wc, schody są niedokręcone.

Le foto non descrivono bene la struttura. Tutte le prese di corrente sono un pericolo. La struttua era sporca, piena di polvere e formiche. Moltre prese elettriche erano scoperte, non in sicurezza. I pavimenti erano luridi. Il bagno del piano inferiore si scaricava agendo direttamente sul meccanismo dello scarico. Le foto sono ingannevoli.
