We loved the rooms and all amenities. It is very cozy. The rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. Infrastructure nearby worked well for us.
Finding parking and room were very confusing. We've spent about an hour to find parking and then to find elevators etc. After we found everything, I can see why instructions should make sense, but when you are there at the moment, it is hard. I would say that it is not a fault of staff because it is just architecture of that part of Park City is very confusing. I would suggest a few things 1) provide photos where to enter parking and how to get to elevators to the room 2) video of how to get to the room should be sent a separate message because we couldn't open the link
