Le proprietaire est très arrangeant et disponible. Le logement est très bien situé , aussi bien par la proximité de la plage et de la promenade du village mais aussi par sa proximité de l’autoroute desservant l’ile. Le stationnement facile mais aussi les petits supermachés et restaurants sont également un plus!
Le seul point négatif est l’humidité trop présente dans le logement. L’odeur de la chambre principale est désagreable et le grand placard n’est pas utilisable à cause des taches d’humidité et de l’odeur. Petit conseil au propriétaire : il existe des absorbeurs d’humidité plutot efficaces.

As others mentioned, the lack of windows is the most negative part. The smell hits you as you enter yhe apartment.

L'appartement sent le moisi Une seule fenêtre située à côté de la porte- une photo montre une fenêtre de chambre mais c'est une fenêtre entre les chambres qui sont donc aveugles. Impossible de sécher du linge et la température n'est supportable qu'avec les trois ventilateurs à fond
