I loved how comfortable the apartment was, Matti (the host) was extremely close and always available, supporting our arrival and giving us all the support we needed. The apartment location was quite central and close to all sort of services, restaurants and shops.

Centrality has it's plus and minus, and the location of the apartment is in one of the crowdest areas in the city. The street and surrounding area get's extremely crowded, busy, noisy and dirty until 1am or 2am and getting to the apartment can be challenging specially if you are not comfortable with walking through crowded places in the middle of the Italian "movida". The other part that was not very pleasant was the status of the common areas of the building, Old buildings in historical area of one of the oldest cities in the world naturally do not have the best structure - no elevator, 3rd floor apartment, corridors needing care and a hole in the ground covered by wood boards would make it a huge challenge to get to the apartment if we wouldn't be travelling so light.

It’s a cute little apartment in a very central location. The apartment itself is very quiet, even though it’s in a very busy, active area with tons of bars, restaurants, and shops nearby.

Overall, nothing major, but the apartment feels smaller than I expected from the photos. Beware if you’re tall - my 6’2 husbands couldn’t stand upright in the bedroom loft. Also to note, it’s within a ZTL, so you have about a 10 minute walk hauling luggage partially uphill for the nearest parking and then 4 flights of stairs to get to the apartment, there is no elevator. Just FYI.

Sehr gute Lage, viel Platz und schöne Einrichtung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden ☺️ Sehr gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen, auch vom Flughafen. Direkt vor der Tür findet sehr viel Nachtleben statt, man ist mitten im Geschehen. In der Wohnung hört man aber nichts

The apartment was absolutely amazing, clean throughout, spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. Our host Mattia couldn't do enough for us, even went the extra mile by messaging us all of his favourite places to eat in the local and outlying areas.
