Firebrick Boutique Residences - GARNET HOUSE

Booked online from 7 Nov - 9 Nov 2025 After that called the hotel few times to make sure the booking is done and to be assured that I would be given a good room & I wanted to inform my check in time so that I don’t have to wait but no one picked my phone . From there I was bit uncomfortable anyhow I reached the hotel . I’ do the check in and I was given a pathetic room . It was room number 2 on the ground floor and the wall on the bed top was full of leakage and the paint was all scraped off. I was not given any wi-fi password and the floor towel in the bathroom had black shoe marks on it . It was obvious they had given me a dirty room . I requested for a room on higher floors but I was lied that there are no rooms available only one room Available on the ground floor . I was stuck and took it because I had a meeting to rush to . The bathroom geyser switch was loosely hanging . It was scary to switch on the geyser switch .The exhaust fan had so much sound when switched on. It was a horrible Stay in the room For two Days . I never saw any staff sitting on the front desk so whenever I came to talk or Complain there Was no one around I often felt I was living in a haunted alone bungalow . First night my drinking water was over I wanted more water I came Out of the room Not even one person from the staff to give me water the guard was also mostly Missing . I was always told the staff is eating lunch or having tea . There was no phone in the room neither was I given any mobile number for communication or requests. So that night I slept thirsty I couldn’t find anyone in the hotel to give me water. Next morning I wake up there are no cups in the room Or glasses I drank coffee in a glass . The bathroom was so odd after taking a shower the drainage Would block and the water would be stuck on the floor and it would be tough to get ready . Every morning the staff would Talk so loud and the motor would switch on in the morning automatically making it so disturbing in the morning to sleep in . One of the reasons I had requested to give me a room on the higher floor but I was refused . On 9 Nov few times my room was knocked and I was disturbed as they wanted me to pay but for the two days that I was staying there and being so much troubled no on for the staff came and on 8 November I left the room at 1 pm I requested the room To be cleaned and when I returned at 4 pm. I had come to my room to take a nap and then leave again for another meeting but because the room Was not cleaned I had to leave early and did not get any rest on my own paid room . I was scheduled for back to back meeting so had no time to shift out or even fight but my two day stay here has been horrible and I will never come back here Or even recommend to anyone . The manager was always missing . Mr. Naman I was told is the manager but he lied to me did not give me a room and was missing never saw him after my check in. On check out morning on 9 November I was not offered any discount or rather my two nights should have been compensated but I had to pay in full for Such a shitty room and service . I was told to not say all this as other customers will be influenced which made me even more furious that I am a customer not gotten a good service and here you are telling me to keep silent for other customers. Disappointed and terrible two days in firebrick . I forgot to click pictures due to busy schedule but the room was in shambles . I will Never come here and would not recommend this place .badly managed and poorest service . Don’t book this place and make your stay horrible and uncomfortable. The chairs outside in the garden and back area broken and dirty . They have written on the booking site NEWLY RENOVATED I booked on this pretext that this would be nice but it has not been renovated rather the place has not been painted too from years now . Such a big lie even on these sites and wonder how good review rating comes because it is kait the opposite wh

Everything was good except the bathroom. Bathroom didn't met the standard of staff and and other facilities.

Limited staff in hotel, but good behivior, not feeling like hotel, like home feeling, and hotel has beautiful interior
