Gute Lage, nur wenige Gehminuten von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt, sicherer Parkplatz im Innenhof,freundlicher Besitzer.Supermarkt, Café und Pizzeria in der Nähe.
Mehr Aufmerksamkeit für die Flecken auf der Bettwäsche richten.

Die Wohnung selbst verdient 10 Punkte, sie ist eine Oase der Sauberkeit und Ruhe im chaotischen Neapel. Sie ist sehr gut ausgestattet, auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Da in der Anlage selbst keine Möglichkeit besteht, Fahrräder abzustellen, wurde uns im Haus der Besitzer ein sicherer Platz angeboten (allerdings 2 km entfernt). Wir konnten unser Auto im Areal der Anlage parken, in der Stadt benutzten wir nur die Metro (Centro Direzionale, etwas umständlich zu erreichen).
Die Umgebung der Wohnung ist nicht sehr einladend, vieles ist desolat und schmutzig, viel Müll liegt herum. Der Lift und das Stiegenhaus im Wohnhaus sind sehr eng dimensoniert, weshalb es auch nicht möglich ist, Fahrräder in den 4. Stock zu transportieren.
