L’Angorfa de Casa Santiago, casa rural

Really nicely renovated place, modern but with an authentic rural charm. Air-conditioning works well, which in summer is important. Overall decently equipped for two, probably a stretch to cook heavier meals there for larger groups. The location is a good base to explore the area; nothing really eye-openingly amazing is immediately nearby, so you do need a car, but then you can get to the Delta and the backcountry easily. Overall a good level of cleanliness. Comfy bed and cosy decoration. Would stay here again.

The Wifi didn't work and apparently couldn't be fixed in time, which was an issue because we needed to work remotely one of the days; we fixed it ourselves with a hotspot, but of course it wasn't ideal. Also the gas hob didn't work when we initially tried to use it, and we got a bit of a rough reaction from the host (along the lines of, cannot be true, you're just using it wrong). Eventually, she did come over and looked into it, realized that it was indeed not working, and together we managed to get it to work after a couple of minutes. Overall, the place seemed like it hadn't been used in a while; on top of the gas stove issue, the batteries in the aircon remote control were dead, which however we figured out ourselves. All solvable, but really a bit unnecessary gaps in the maintenance routine.

Acogedor y limpio

Degut a un problema amb la pluja vam estar allotjats a la part de baix. Allà hi vam estar molt bé, tot cuidat al detall i no vam trobar a faltar res. La Teresa molt amable i atenta. Tot molt bé i nou.

Lloc tranquil, instal·lacions correctes.

No hi ha cortines (sí porticons). Cal espavilar-se per aparcar a les rodalies. Ben decorat, però molt senzill. Nevera molt petita. Les lliteres eren poc còmodes.
