PUERTO MARINA BEACH Firts line Benalmádena

The location is perfect to enjoy the Benalmadena beach and the Marina. The view feom the terrace is wonderful, especially in the evening/night time when there is no direct sun enetering the terrace. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your food, nice coffee maker. The bathroom is spacious. There is a 24 hour porter.

First impression if you enter the block from the side of the beach is not great. It is a nicely done apartment in an old and big block of flats

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay from the moment we arrived until the last day. We were thrilled to see we were so close to the beach and the marina on arrival. Im gonna break the review down so here goes. Living room- a lovely, small, clean space. There was a large TV that had some channels with English speaking shows on them. A nice dining table to sit and eat at. Patios doors that go to the balcony. Beautifully decorated. Balcony - beautiful space with table and chairs. Stunning views of the marina and the sea. Was beautiful to have a coffee there each morning. You get the sun in the morning then it goes behind the buildings and makes the Balcony even more enjoyable. Nice breeze from the sea. There is an AC unit on Balcony but doesn't affect anything. It does drip however there was a milk bottle taking the drips that needed emptied or it overflowed. We changed the milk carton for the mop bucket as it held more water. You just need to empty it every now and then to prevent it leaking over the balcony. No biggie for us. It only drips when the AC unit is on. Kitchen - Wow. Everything you need to cook, make tea/coffee. Large fridge freezer, Stove top, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, oven and washing machine. Bathroom - beautiful bathroom. Shower was great. Bedroom - bed was comfortable. Large built in cupboards for your clothes. A nice chest of drawers. Beautifully decorated. Overall I loved my stay and im hoping to rebook for next year! Stunning apartment with lifts to take you up to the 6th floor. Staff were lovely. It's actually an apartment complex so people stay there permanently and a few are rented out. It wasn't noisy at night and the neighbours were good. They did play music now and again but I liked that. Shops all about here, amazing restaurants and nice bars for cocktails. The beach is literally 150 metres away! I highly recommend! :)

There wasn't any pool but we new this when we booked. We did miss it slightly but this is down to us not the apartment. There was no fans on ceiling to circulate the air. I would recommend a stand alone fan for the bedroom but this is a personal thing. I could have went and bought one but I did without.

Het appartement was heel goed, met een terrasje met zicht op zee. De ligging : dicht bij het strand, de jachthaven, restaurants en winkels. De buurt : levendig, maar ‘s nachts heel rustig (eind maart). Gelukkig was er dag en nacht een conciërge die een reservesleutel had, want we hadden onszelf buitengesloten met de sleutel nog in het slot aan de binnenkant van de deur.

Af en toe was er niet altijd warm water, of het duurde soms lang voordat er warm water uit de kraan kwam. Een klein tafeltje in de keuken zou handig geweest zijn, want het werkblad was niet zo groot
