The location is just okay because it's near the venue of the concert we attended. It is also near to some malls and tourist spots.
No facilities like swimming pool and gym. It is still under maintenance.

The booking process. Card payment is not credited and also it takes time to wait for confirmation slip. Hot shower is not working

The room was nice and the bed was comfortable, which was great since we work remotely.
However, the internet was a big issue. We booked this place mainly because Wi-Fi was available, but it wasn’t reliable, and the issue wasn’t properly followed up after the first day. We also noticed a few small cockroaches during our stay. Overall, the room was comfortable, but the lack of reliable internet was really disappointing since it was one of the main reasons we booked the place.
