La proximité avec le centre historique ( 5’ à pied ) La décoration sobre et design. La machine à laver avec une pastille. Le parking gratuit sur place ( s’il y a de la place )
L’humidité car c’est un basement ( demi sous-sol ). Rien ne sèche, même pas les serviettes de toilette. L’aspirateur d’humidité qui fait beaucoup de bruit. Manque d’objets pratiques : la table est minuscule, pas de meubles pour poser ses affaires, un seul fauteuil. Un lave-vaisselle mais aucune pastille.

Location is very good The instructions are easy to understand The place is very well designed Stuff answers fast and accommodating most of the time
No attention to details - no garbage can in the bathroom, only 1 set of towels, no places to hang the towels. It’s is a lower floor, need to air the place, difficult to do if it’s too cold No heating on (needed to ask for it and it happened only next day). The place is not clean, there was bugs and it’s dusty.
