Everything about this unit was great! Very helpful staff for my check-in, the unit was very clean and stocked with soaps and helpful items like instant coffee and some sweets. The furniture was in great shape, and quite a trendy overall design esthetic.
Nothing to mention that I found negative about my stay.

We rented this apartment for two weeks over the Christmas and New Year holidays. It was perfect for our purpose and we would definitely stay here again in the future if we have the opportunity. Everything was sparklingly clean, from the bathroom to the bedroom. The queen size bed was comfortable and we got god rest during our stay (we only used the one bedroom). We had a nice sitting area where our gracious host added a floor lamp so we could read in the evening just as we do at home. We didn't need to cook and we didn't need a lot of dishes, as we visited with family nearby, but what we needed was in place.
Gaining access to the property was easy, and our host provided all the necessary information before our arrival, so there was no problem whatsoever to get ourselves settled. Nearby there is a grocery store with everything one could possibly need and in the same area there are other small shops including an excellent sushi place (Minami Sushi). At the same time, the place is on a quiet side street, away from traffic and noise.
We felt very welcome and we are thankful to our host for the good time we had during our stay.
