I love that everyone keeps to themselves and doesn’t bother you. Overall it’s a quiet area with typical city atmosphere.
The only real negative thing I have to say is, the kitchen could use some tlc. But other than that it’s really nice.

The Personal Space Of The Property The “Room“ Was Nice & Comfortable , I Appreciate The Mini Fridge, I like that there was access to CLEANING supplies , towels & Blankets
The House Needs Cleaning , A Good Deep Cleaning From Bathroom Mats & Tubs Need Cleaning, Kitchen Needs Cleaning Stove & It’s Getting Hot The Back Yard Needs Work .

Instructions where everything was. Bathroom was clean
I called manager because someone said I was in their room. Manager didn't respond .
Room didn't not have any ambiance.
Some sheets had stains
When i was about to enter my car to leave, a young male ran up to me , then turned around. I felt threatened
