Maison ancienne typiquement nord américaine très bien restaurée et modernisée avec tous les éléments nécessaires. . Rien ne manque , agencée avec goût , il y fait bon vivre . Très belle découverte . Propriétaires très réactifs .. Les explications données au préalables sont claires et facilitent l’accès . Nous recommandons vivement cette location

Location is not the best. It is in a area with many social programming, services, a shelter close by etc. It's within walking distance to downtown but a significant walk.

The location couldn't be better. It was in a nice quiet neighbourhood in walking distance (less than 15 minutes) to shopping and restaurants. The kitchen was particularly well equipped. A great deep bathtub with plenty of hot water. Ann (our host) was very responsive and helpful.
There was a small issue when we arrived but Ann quickly made it right. The bed was okay but a little small for my taste. THe lights in the bathroom operated by light sensor which was fine except it was very bright if you got up in the middle of the night.

Very clean! Although we did no cooking, we did see that the kitchen was the most equipped one we have seen for a while, and hopefully we will make use of it in future stays. The apartment really did have everything one would ever need! Very conveniently located to Avenir Center. The parking was very appreciated.
