Villa Daniela is a newly built holiday home with pool in Nova Vas, only 7 km from Pore and the sea.
The house is situated on its own fenced plot of 600 square metres with a well-kept lawn where guests have a private car park for 2 vehicles, garage, private pool of 25 square metres with sun loungers, covered terrace with seating and barbecue at their disposal.
Villa with pool for 4 persons of 113 square metres on two floors consists of ground floor with spacious air-conditioned living room, SAT-TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining room and a shower/WC. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check this. A youth group at this property consists of people aged 26 years or younger. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag party] you may be asked to pay an additional deposit on arrival. Any amounts required to repair damage to the property will be deducted from the deposit.
