Wonderful house from the end of the 19th century renovated and equipped with modern furniture, lies 15 km from Porec and the beaches. Casa Amalia is a traditional house that was successfully renovated in 2023 with a combination of stone and modern furniture. On a fully enclosed property of 1300 sqm guests have at their disposal a private pool of 47 sqm with built-in hydro-massage bench, fully equipped kitchen with terrace and dining table, gas barbecue and parking space. Holiday house for 4 guests of 140 sqm consists of ground floor with living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The house is fully air-conditioned. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded. - Private outdoor swimming pool (47m2) - Air conditioning
