Villa Valencan 1 is a charming holiday house with pool for 5-6 guests located in the village Betiga on the western coast of the Istrian peninsula, just 1.3 kilometres from a nice pebble beach and 20 km from Pula, the economic and cultural centre of the Istrian region. The semi-detached holiday house was built in the year 2011 and it is furnished with newer furniture. The house has an encosed outside space of 100 sqm with a smaller indoor swimming pool with hydromassage function, a summer kitchen, roof terrace with sunbeds and parking for two cars. Villa Valencan 1 has living space of 82 sqm. It is on two floors. On the ground floor there's a kitchen with living/dining room with a sofa which can sleep one, two bedrooms of which one has a French bed for two guests and bath/toilet, and one with a single bed, shower/toilet. On the first floor there is a bedroom for two with a French bed, an additional bed for one person and a shower/toilet. From the kitchen there's access to the closed terrace and the pool. NOTE: In the basement of the house there's an olive oil tasting room which has a separate entrance. Please note that this property may accept youth groups on request. Please contact us to check. If you are a youth group [or planning a stag/hen party], you may be asked to pay an additional security deposit on arrival.
