Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, ale to typowy lokal typu duże mieszkanie podzielone na 4-5 osobnych pokoi na wynajem. Ściany mają żadną izolacyjność i wszystko słychać, standard niski, za to cena atrakcyjna.

Blisko COS Torwar - co dla mnie było ważnym elementem. Obok ładny park gdzie można było się przejść z pieskiem. Nie było problemu żeby przyjechać wcześniej niż jest to ustalone odgórnie po uzgodnieniu z właścicielem.
